Student Accommodation Landscaping Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a basic landscaping plan to accompany my municipal land-use submission (City of Cape Town) for a 34-bed student accommodation conversion. The overall site-development plan is already completed; what is missing is the landscape plan that the city requires as part of the submission.
The accommodation comprises the existing residence plus a new wing built from repurposed shipping containers, so circulation and outdoor amenity must be clear, safe and low-maintenance. The primary driver is functional use: every element should make day-to-day student life easier while still looking tidy on inspection day.
Key features I must see organised on the drawing:
• Garden beds that soften the container façade
• Walkways showing compliant widths from pavement and parking right up to the unit doors
• Outdoor seating areas
• Bicycle racks
• You can advise if anything else is needed
Deliverable: Scaled landscape layout (CAD or layered PDF) ready for municipal submission.
