I’m developing a new multi-sport complex in Pakistan and need a landscape designer who can translate the outdoor vision into a build-ready plan. The brief focuses exclusively on the external areas, so your core task is to shape the grounds around the buildings in a way that is functional, attractive, and compliant with local regulations.

Key facilities to weave into the master plan
• Swimming pool with spectator deck
• Fully equipped outdoor gym zone
• Cricket academy practice nets and mini-oval
• Futsal court
• Padel court
• Shaded walking track looping the site
• Café terrace that overlooks the activity zones

Your scope will cover site layout, circulation, hardscape and softscape selection, grading, drainage, and lighting placement. Deliverables I expect are: a conceptual master plan, detailed CAD drawings (DWG + PDF), a planting schedule suited to the regional climate, and a few high-quality 3D renders for stakeholder approval.
