Smart landscape light design

I'm looking for a freelancer to help design a simple smart landscape light system. I am looking to utilize the Philips hue suite of low voltage outdoor products specifically for their smart home features. I'm looking for a freelancer with expertise in lighting design to advise the needed products (see Philipshue.com) and provide a simple visualization of the proposed design. I will use that to DIY the execution.
