Sketch Model Landscape Upgrade

I already have a basic architectural sketch and now need it brought to life with thoughtful landscaping. The job is to weave natural elements—mature trees, flowering shrubs, and soft ground-covers—throughout the site while laying out convenient surface parking that feels integrated rather than tacked on. Picture welcoming rows of trees guiding cars into clearly marked bays, islands of seasonal color breaking up the asphalt, and meandering walking paths that invite people to wander from the lot into the main building.

My priorities are simple: keep the design true to a natural aesthetic, use only surface parking, and be sure the walking paths feel organic, not forced. 3D modeling skills (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar) will help you align new work with the existing massing, and a few still renderings will let me share the vision with stakeholders.

Deliverables
• Updated model with all new landscape components and surface-parking layout
• Two or more high-resolution renderings from key viewpoints
• A brief planting and materials legend so contractors know what’s specified
