Site Plan for Multiple Homes

I need to site plan for a single-family home development that differs from the one uploaded. The existing plans call for 20 homes. I need a new site plan for 27 homes with approximately 5,000 sq ft for each home and all homes will be 24'×40'.

Key requirements:
- Must include road and driveways
