Retail Drive Entrance Landscape Lighting

Job ID: 39897855

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I need a complete exterior design package for the long drive that leads customers from the main road to my retail store. The goal is to make the approach unmistakably clear and visually inviting, day or night, while guiding vehicles safely to the parking area.

Here is what I’m looking for:
• A scaled site plan that positions the drive, existing structures and any proposed elements.
• A cohesive landscape concept—plant palette, spacing, and any low-maintenance ground cover—that frames the roadway and highlights the store’s frontage.
• Pathway lighting laid out to give continuous, glare-free illumination from curb cut to storefront; include fixture schedules, mounting details and a basic photometric chart so I can verify light levels meet local code.
• Optional recommendations for subtle way-finding signage or accent materials (e.g., contrasting paving band) that reinforce the drive’s edges without turning it into a full boulevard.

Please deliver PDF drawings ready for contractor pricing and a brief specification sheet listing plant sizes, lighting model numbers and finishes. CAD or editable files are welcome if you already work in them, but PDF is a must.

If you have experience with retail approaches, pathway lighting calculations, or planting designs that thrive in high-traffic areas, I’d love to see examples in your proposal.
