Resort & Pool Design Planning
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m moving forward with a new commercial resort that features an integrated swimming pool complex and need an architect who can translate the concept into a complete, build-ready design package. The scope is strictly design and planning—no renovation work or on-site construction management is required at this stage.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A cohesive master plan that positions guest buildings, pool areas, service zones and parking efficiently on the site while maximizing views and guest flow.
• Architectural floor plans, elevations and sections developed to a level that a local engineer can take straight into permitting.
• 3D exterior renders (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion—use the tool you’re most comfortable with) that communicate atmosphere, material palette and lighting for both daytime and evening settings.
• A basic landscape layout around the pool deck that ties the resort buildings into surrounding green space.
• A brief specification sheet outlining suggested structural systems, facade materials and pool finish options so I can begin high-level cost discussions with contractors.
I will supply the survey, zoning constraints and a mood-board of reference images as soon as we start. My ideal collaborator can propose creative yet practical solutions for guest circulation, water-feature safety and back-of-house service flows, and can refine the design through two rounds of feedback.
Deliver the full drawing set (PDF + editable CAD/BIM files) and renders within four weeks of kickoff. If this sounds like a fit, tell me how you’d tackle site planning and any resort or aquatic projects you’ve completed before.
