Residential Site & Landscape Layout

Job ID: 40159112

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m ready to place a 28' × 64' manufactured home and a 28' × 30' garage on my lot at 33309 Gafford Rd, Wildomar, CA (map: https://www.google.com/maps/place/33309+Gafford+Rd,+Wildomar,+CA+92595/@33.6359364,-117.2666299,1937m). What I need now is a clear, build-ready layout that puts everyday functionality first.

The plan must show how the house and garage will sit on the site while ensuring a smooth driveway entry, an easy turnaround for cars and deliveries, safe walkways, and a direct, weather-protected connection from the living space to the garage. Please include landscape ideas as well—especially the new location for the existing olive tree and any low-maintenance planting that ties everything together.

Deliverables
• Scaled site drawing (PDF plus source file—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar) showing home, garage, driveway, turnaround, and walkways
• Landscape concept with the relocated olive tree clearly marked
• 2–3 initial concepts, one refinement round, and a final ready-to-permit set

I’m looking forward to a practical, good-looking design that makes daily life on this property effortless.
