Residential Roads & Landscaping Plan
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
To summarize we need:
1. Plan for the roads to service each house
2. Decide on the parking for each house, which the road needs to lead to.
3. Choice of the material used for the road (stones / paving..)
4. The roundabout around the big feature tree.
5. Type of plants to choose for the road side to create privacy for each house, something that grows tall and thick, taking into consideration having a small fence within the plant to allow tenants to have their dogs roaming around their garden
6. Plants to be used around the roundabout and around some of trees to create the feel of a small bush
7. Plants to be used next to the houses entrances to give the feel of a farm house entrance.
8. Paving to create pathways from parking to house entrance, and to graden
9. What to plant outside the fence next to the road to support the game fence we have and to create a thicker layer for pricacy
10. How will we water the whole garden, using existing irrigation system, and additional ones to replace the pieces that got damaged during the construction.
