US Residential Dripline Plan Design

I already have a complete residential landscape blueprint; what I am missing is a professionally engineered drip-irrigation layout that complies with U.S. residential standards and best practices.
My priority is to overlay a dripline plan onto the existing drawing so plant beds, turf edges, and hard-scape boundaries line up perfectly. I will send you the CAD/PDF of the landscape design as soon as we start.
You will determine optimal valve groupings, emitter spacing, pipe sizing, filtration, pressure-regulation points, and controller locations, then deliver a clean, permit-ready set. Experience with U.S. code requirements, typical municipal submittal formats, and regional water-conservation guidelines is essential—please apply only if you have completed similar residential projects in the United States.
Deliverables
• Scaled plan view on my title sheet showing lateral and mainline routing, zone labels, and legend
• Detailed equipment schedule (valves, emitters, filters, pressure regulators, controller) with manufacturer part numbers
• Flow and pressure calculations for each zone
• PDF for quick review plus the original CAD/DWG so my architect can integrate it
I will review a draft, return comments once, and expect a final stamped (if licensed) or signed set ready for contractor bidding. Turnaround for first draft: one week from kickoff.
