The house is a 25-foot bungalow with a sun room located in the T-wing and in front is a concrete patio with a picnic table set up. At the back is a 149.43-foot fence followed by a 110.55-foot diagonal fence with an above-ground swim spot that is facing the left side of the house. At the right side is a 189.29-foot fence with a 20x60 pickleball and basketball combination court, and on top is a 95.14-foot fence to close the yard
