Rainwater Drainage Solution for Patios

I recently moved into a new home a couple years ago and I'm experiencing some drainage issues. I believe the rainwater is not properly draining from my front door patio and backdoor patio. Specifically, the problem is as follows:

- Main Source: Rainwater
- Severity: Moderate standing water after rainfall
- Size: Small yard/patio area. small concrete slab in front of front door
