Old Villa Exterior Enhancement
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I own a century-old villa that deserves a fresh life. The first milestone is a complete rethink of the exterior, from the façade and roofline down to entry details and outdoor circulation. I want the upgraded shell to feel timeless yet current, with materials, proportions, and lighting that respect the building’s heritage while improving energy performance and curb appeal.
Landscape design comes right after the façade work. The brief includes reorganising paths, reshaping planting beds, refining outdoor living areas, and tying everything together with night-time lighting so the grounds feel like an extension of the refreshed architecture.
Although the exterior carries top priority, I also need a cohesive modern interior palette drafted in parallel so decisions made outside flow naturally indoors. Think of it as a guiding concept package—colours, finishes, and space-planning ideas—ready to be developed further once the shell is approved.
Deliverables I would like to receive:
• Concept sketches and mood boards that illustrate the exterior direction
• 2D plans, elevations, and sections (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Photorealistic 3D renders or a Lumion walkthrough covering key exterior viewpoints and landscape zones
• A planting and hardscape schedule with material references
• A concise interior concept board showing how the chosen modern style transitions inside
