Office Building Interior and Exterior Overhaul

I have to redesign the interior and exterior of a single story office building.

INTERIOR

The interior has to be redistributed, creating more office spaces.
The building has two wings, Left Wing and Right Wing.
It has to be a modern design.
Furniture, desks, etc has to be renovated.
Renovate bathrooms.
Tech on the meetings rooms (25 people left wing, 50 people right wing)
Left wing is for managers, so it has to be more executive.
Right wing for engineers and analysts.
Place/Room to keep old files organize.

EXTERIOR

Renovate building facade to a modern design.
Landscaping.
In the back of the building there is an entrance and parking lots for managers, it should have a covered parking lot (roof) with modern design.
Mechanical workshop in the parking lot area.
