Naturalistic Riverside Landscape Design

Job ID: 40410535

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

The site is a 700 m² strip beside a back-water river. I need a complete landscape concept that feels natural yet deliberately organised, celebrating the many mature palm trees already mapped in the survey drawings.

Key goals
• Guide heavy monsoon run-off through gentle, clearly modelled pathways so the water reaches the existing outlet without pooling or eroding the soil. The grading strategy must read as part of the terrain, not a hard-edged drain.
• Carve out quiet relaxation spots; the hero element will be a timber sitting ledge that runs along the riverbank, wide enough for lounging and sunset views, built from weather-resistant wood and detailed for humid conditions.
• Blend new softscape layers—under-planting, riverbank reeds, flowering accents—around the palms to reinforce a naturalistic aesthetic while remaining low-maintenance.

Deliverables
1. Scaled master plan (PDF/CAD) showing hardscape, softscape and precise water-flow pathways.
2. Grading and drainage drawings with spot levels demonstrating how run-off reaches the outlet.
3. Construction detail for the wooden ledge (plan, section, materials spec).
4. Planting palette keyed to the plan, highlighting species that thrive in riverine, monsoon-influenced climates.
5. 2–3 rendered perspectives or sketches to convey feel and materiality.

All documentation should coordinate with the provided topographic survey so existing palms remain untouched. Please reference any tools—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, Photoshop—you intend to use so I can ensure file compatibility before we start.
