Modern Yard Landscape Design

I’m ready to refresh both my front and back yards and I need a complete modern landscape design that I can hand straight to my contractor.

Backyard goals
The space should feel contemporary yet inviting, with a clear seating area for gatherings, a well-planned garden zone, and an eye-catching water feature that ties everything together.

Front yard goals
Curb appeal matters. I want a clean modern pathway that leads guests to the door, a neat lawn that’s easy to maintain, and layered flower beds for colour and seasonal interest.

What I’d like from you
• A scaled master plan covering front and back yards in one drawing set
• 3D visualisations or rendered perspectives so I can understand levels and materials
• A planting schedule and material palette that match a modern aesthetic (low maintenance choices preferred)
• Lighting suggestions for both spaces
• Two rounds of revisions once I review the first draft

File formats: PDF for plotting and high-resolution images/JPEG or PNG for visuals; source files in DWG or similar if created in CAD.
