Modern Villa Redesign & Detailing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing villa that I’d like to bring fully up to date with a clean, contemporary look and robust technical drawings. Modern design is the overriding priority, with particular attention on two areas: a refreshed interior and a cohesive landscape that ties the whole property together.

Scope of work
• Architectural plan review – validate current dimensions, resolve any layout issues, and confirm final room arrangements.
• Interior redesign – propose modern furniture and décor schemes, a balanced lighting concept, and an improved space layout that enhances day-to-day functionality.
• Landscape redesign – create a modern garden plan that complements the new interior vocabulary.
• Exterior elements – supply a detailed 2D design for the annex, plus modern concepts for the fence and entrance gates.
• MEP documentation – provide fully detailed electrical and plumbing plans ready for contractors.
Deliverables
1. Updated architectural floor plans (PDF + DWG).
2. Interior mood boards, rendered visuals, and furniture/lighting schedules.
3. Landscape layout with planting and hardscape details.
4. Annex, fence, and gate drawings with materials specified.
5. Stamped electrical and plumbing schematics, fully coordinated with the revised layout.
Please base all proposals on current architectural trends, keeping forms clean, materials modern, and circulation intuitive. If you have innovative ideas for the exterior façade in addition to the stated scope, feel free to suggest them—they will be considered if they reinforce the overall concept.
