Modern Villa Interior & Garden Design
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I have a newly built villa that still feels like a blank canvas. I need complete concept-to-detail interior design for the master bedroom, junior suite, senior suite, and the adjacent outdoor garden so the entire home flows as one cohesive modern retreat.
Style & palette
The overall mood must stay unmistakably modern—clean lines, uncluttered layouts, and smart use of negative space—yet softened with a muted-pastel palette to keep every room calm and welcoming.
Scope of work
• Master bedroom: space planning, bespoke wardrobe wall, lighting plan, loose furniture and décor suggestions, photorealistic render.
• Junior suite & senior suite: individual concepts that respect the modern language but adapt to the occupants’ age and needs, including study nooks or lounge corners as required.
• Outdoor garden: hardscape layout, planting plan, seating arrangement, mood lighting, and a seamless visual transition from the indoor pastel tones to the greenery outside.
Deliverables
1. Mood boards and colour/material swatches for sign-off.
2. Scaled 2D layouts.
3. 3D renders for each interior room plus one overall garden perspective.
4. A concise specification sheet listing furniture pieces, finishes, lighting, and plants.
I will supply architectural drawings and site photos once we start. Please share a sample of past modern-style work (link or PDF) so I can quickly gauge fit.
