Modern Residential Landscape Design

I’m ready to transform my home’s outdoor space into a clean, modern retreat and need a complete landscape design package to guide construction. The plan must center on residential use and reflect contemporary lines and materials throughout.

Key elements I want integrated are a generous patio at rear and side for entertaining and well-structured garden zones that soften the architecture without slipping into a rustic feel. Sleek hardscape patterns, low-maintenance plant palettes, area for vegetable and herb growbeds and strategic lighting should work together for a cohesive look. I’ve decided to hold off on water features for now, but I’d like the layout to leave room to add one down the line if the budget allows.

Deliverables I’ll need from you:
• Scaled site plan showing hardscape, planting beds, and circulation
• Detailed patio/deck construction drawings with material callouts
• Planting schedule specifying species, size, and quantities
• At least two rendered perspectives or a simple 3-D model (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar) so I can visualize finishes and sightlines

All files should be sent in both PDF and source format (CAD or native design file) to make hand-off to my contractor seamless. If you use tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, mention that in your bid along with examples of previous modern residential projects.

I’m looking to select a designer swiftly and break ground soon, so include estimated turnaround time and any questions about site measurements or regional plant suitability.
