Modern Residential Landscape Design

We are looking for a freelance landscape architect/designer to help us with concept planning and design drawings for upcoming projects. Our focus is on creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable outdoor spaces that align with client needs.

Scope of Work
• Site analysis and layout planning
• Conceptual landscape design (residential/commercial plots)
• 2D CAD drawings (site plan, planting plan, circulation)
• 3D visualization/renders (optional but preferred)
• Plant selection suited to local climate and soil
• Coordination of design with built structures (where applicable)

Deliverables
• Master plan (in CAD/PDF format)
• Planting plan with specifications
• Mood boards / design concepts
• 3D views / renders (if included in scope)

Requirements
• Background in Landscape Architecture/Architecture
• Strong portfolio of previous landscape projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software
• Ability to deliver clear, presentation-ready drawings
• Open to revisions based on feedback
