Modern Relaxation Garden Design Package

I want to transform my home’s outdoor space into a modern retreat dedicated to relaxation and leisure. The design needs to feel contemporary yet welcoming, with comfortable seating areas, a focal-point fountain, subtle child-friendly play features, and a well-integrated lighting scheme that lets the space be enjoyed after sunset.

Scope of work
– Create a full concept layout that shows hardscape, softscape, and circulation.
– Develop a detailed planting plan that complements a modern aesthetic and is practical for low-maintenance care.
– Incorporate an elegant water feature (fountain) and clearly define seating zones sized for small gatherings or quiet reading.
– Propose a modest play nook for children that blends into the overall design.
– Produce a complete outdoor lighting plan, including fixture locations, beam spreads, and load calculations so an electrician can install confidently.
– Supply construction-ready drawings: dimensions, elevations/sections, material call-outs, and any structural details needed for contractors.
– Deliver all original editable files (CAD, 3D model, texture libraries, lighting calculations) alongside printable PDFs.

Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for 2D drawings, SketchUp/Lumion/Enscape for 3D visualization, and Dialux or equivalent for lighting analysis—but I’m flexible if you can meet the same level of detail.

Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings align with local metric/imperial standards and are ready for permit submission.
2. Night-time renders demonstrate the lighting concept clearly.
3. Source files open without missing references or plug-ins.
4. At least one round of revisions is included to fine-tune layout and finishes.
