I am planning a 10 m × 5 m outdoor pool in Campania and want a cohesive modern landscape to frame it. The look should feel sleek and contemporary from every angle, blending clean lines with a relaxed holiday vibe, while respecting the local climate and building codes.
Pool construction
The exact shell material is still open—something beyond the usual concrete, fiberglass or vinyl if a better-performing solution exists. I’m happy to discuss pros and cons of shotcrete, stainless steel, or other innovative systems that suit long summers and mild winters.
Surrounding hardscape & planting
Paved zones should flow naturally from the house toward the pool, offering safe, non-slip surfaces and subtle level changes. A low-maintenance, Mediterranean-tolerant plant palette is crucial, yet the overall geometry, lighting layout and furniture placement must stay unmistakably modern.
Integrated seating area
Please allow for a built-in seating nook (benched or sunken, your suggestion) that lets guests relax poolside without cluttering the deck with standalone furniture.
Deliverables
• Concept sketches establishing form, elevation and mood
• Scaled 2D plan showing pool, drainage, utilities and planting beds
• 3D visualisations or renders that capture material textures and night lighting
• Basic construction details and a take-off list so local contractors can quote accurately
Preferred formats: DWG/DXF for plans and SketchUp/Lumion (or equivalent) for renders, plus high-resolution PDFs. I will supply photos, survey data and municipal guidelines once we start.
