Modern Melbourne Landscape Design

I’m ready to transform a new Melbourne residence into a modern, low-maintenance outdoor space and need an experienced landscape designer who can deliver a complete concept package. You’ll be working from my site plan, architectural drawings, and style reference images.

Scope
– Produce a clear concept layout in both PDF and DWG formats.
– Create a planting schedule that relies on Australian species suited to Melbourne’s climate.
– Curate a hardscape materials palette that complements a minimalist look with clean lines.
– Supply a mood board that ties the plant and material selections together visually.
– Include one to two rounds of refinements. I’m most flexible on the overall layout, so feel free to propose creative zoning solutions that still respect council and urban-planning guidelines.

What I’m looking for
• Proven experience designing modern, low-maintenance residential landscapes.
• Familiarity with local regulations and plant species.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings, annotations, and concise schedules.
