I will provide you with a YouTube video that shows the exact house I want to reference. Your task is to take that concept and elevate it into a true modern-style, three-storey luxury villa on my one-acre plot. The brief in a nutshell:

• Expand the existing layout to a full seven-bedroom program, adding any additional rooms or partial floors you feel enhance flow and stature.
• Re-imagine every interior space with a richer, more contemporary finish—think bespoke cabinetry, statement lighting, and integrated smart-home systems for climate, lighting, security, and entertainment.
• Redesign the landscape so the architecture and grounds feel seamless: upgraded pool area, outdoor lounges, yoga deck, shaded parking, and feature planting that complements a modern façade.

Deliverables I need to sign off on:
1. Complete CAD package—site plan, floor plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and basic MEP layouts in DWG and PDF.
2. Furniture and mill-work drawings for key spaces where custom pieces are specified.
3. High-resolution still renders (day and night) covering exterior perspectives, main interior zones, and landscape vantage points.
4. A smooth, cinematic 3-D video walkthrough of the entire property, inside and out, suitable for investor presentation.
5. Source 3-D model (Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp + Lumion/Enscape files—your call) so we can make future tweaks.
