I'm seeking a talented landscape designer to create a modern, aesthetically appealing front and back yard design suitable for the Perth, Australia climate. The design should focus on both visual appeal and low maintenance, incorporating contemporary elements.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a modern landscape design for the front yard
- Backyard is small and mostly paved so not much design other than boundary fence plants
- Emphasize aesthetic appeal with low-maintenance features
- Fit in with existing house colour, look, and pillars to front porch
- Options to incorporate new boundary fencing with pillars and iron slates
- I want a few option designs
- Include paving and shingle elements
- Adapt the design to the local climate conditions of Perth
- I will provide an address of a house that is similar to the look I am going for.
