Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have the site plan for a new single-storey home in Australia and need a complete modern landscape design delivered in two main formats: a photorealistic 3D view and a clear top / elevation plan. The concept must cover the driveway (I’m leaning toward a clean concrete finish), all side pathways, a timber decked entertainment zone, a relaxed sitting nook and a safe kids’ play area.
Please use a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic throughout—simple planting palettes, crisp lines and practical flow between spaces. Once I send the CAD/PDF of the site, I’d like you to overlay your design, model the hardscape and softscape elements, apply textures, then return:
• High-resolution 3D renders (daytime lighting)
• Scaled top/elevation plan with annotations (PDF/DWG)
• Any editable source files or texture libraries you use
