Modern Landscape Design for Altona Homes
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I need a comprehensive landscape design for three modern-style homes in Altona Meadows. The design must incorporate multiple features including:
Water features
Outdoor lighting
Seating areas
Swimming pool
Basketball court
Wheelchair-friendly access to all areas
Outdoor sauna
Sensory garden
The design should prioritise the front yard, backyard, and side areas of all three homes.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in modern landscape architecture
- Experience designing accessible outdoor spaces
- Knowledge of integrating various outdoor features harmoniously
- Ability to create sensory gardens
hope this message finds you well. I am currently in the process of building three NDIS homes, and I am excited about the potential to create a beautiful and functional landscape for the participants and residents. The homes will be centred around a reserve, and I have a vision to transform this shared space into a welcoming and inclusive environment.
My vision for the landscape includes a sensory garden, a basketball court, and pathways that are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, I would like to incorporate an outdoor sauna and, budget permitting, a swimming pool that is designed for wheelchair-bound individuals to easily access independently.
With building permits already issued, construction is set to commence in the next two weeks. I am keen to engage an architect who can assist with the design and possibly project manage this aspect of the job.
I am eager to collaborate with a professional who can bring this vision to life and ensure the landscape meets the needs of all residents.
Please provide a portfolio of similar work.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Cheers
