Modern Granny Flat & Deck

I’m ready to move from sketches to fully-resolved plans for a compact, modern granny flat that doubles as a garage, plus a roof deck above it and an integrated landscape layout around the build.

Here’s what I need:
• Architectural concept and working drawings for the granny flat/garage in a clean, contemporary style that matches the main dwelling.
• Structural and layout plans for a rooftop deck with a comfortable seating area as the focal point. Think durable, low-maintenance materials and smart drainage.
• A cohesive landscape scheme that ties the new structure into the yard, maximising privacy and flow.

I’ll supply a site plan, survey and photos of the existing house on award. In return I’m looking for:
1. Concept sketches (plan and elevations) for sign-off.
2. 3D visuals or renders to confirm massing, façade treatment and deck ambience.
3. Final construction-ready drawings (PDF + editable format) covering architectural, structural and landscape details.

Please include any similar modern small-scale projects in your reply and indicate the software you prefer (Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD or equivalent). I’m easy on tools as long as the output is precise and ready for council submission.
