The design should be modern and reflect a high level of quality and aesthetics, taking into account the UAE's climate and natural conditions, including high temperatures, humidity, and sunlight. Appropriate materials and plants should be selected, prioritizing sustainability, ease of maintenance, and water conservation. The scope of work includes exterior facade design, landscaping and open spaces, seating areas, walkways, outdoor lighting, and suitable aesthetic elements, while considering privacy, practicality, and optimal space utilization. We require the submission of 3D renderings, detailed construction plans including proposed materials and specifications, and adherence to the requirements of the relevant authorities in Abu Dhabi.
