I already have the land drawing; now I need a cohesive layout that shows how everything fits together—including circulation, service access, and landscaping.

6–10 Guest Rooms Block (scope for more rooms expansion in future.)

Must respect:
5-meter mandatory open space on all sides.
PARKING & CIRCULATION
Dimensioned parking layout sized for event + hotel use.
Proper drop-off zone for guests.
Clear guest vs. staff/service circulation, avoiding bottlenecks.
Vaastu to be considered.
BANQUET FUNCTION PLANNING
Suggest typical amenities (stage, dance floor, utility rooms).
Connect pre-function → banquet → kitchen efficiently.
HOTEL PLANNING
Preliminary floor plate showing:
