Luxury Family Farmhouse Design and Planning
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
I have a 100,000 sqm farm located 200km north Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia. I dedicated a plot in the farm to build a large home/resort for my family, the plot size is between 5,000 sqm - 10,000 sqm.
I want someone to help me design this project, where the outcome will be the following:
- Detailed Floor plans for the project.
- Electrical, plumbing, IT, design, etc.
- 3D rendering
- Interior design.
The project will include tje following:
- Two main houses (each 5 bedrooms)
- Main hall building
- Guest accomodation (10 rooms)
- Centrall kitchen andvlaundry room.
- Storage rooms and warehouses.
- Conservatory connected to main building.
- Landscaping of the entire area.
- Courtyards, fountains, parking areas and garages.
- barbecue areas, terrace, balconys, etc.
- Recreational center, fitness room and swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and indoor waterpark..
- Staff housing (8 people)
- Stable & paddock (20 horses).
I am allways facenated by french new classic designs but i am open to other designs if i find them interesting.
