Low Maintenance Landscaping Design Needed

I am looking for a landscaping designer who is willing to work with me and has experience designing landscapes for Dallas, Texas homes. Looking to design both front and backyard.

Key Requirements:
- Design a low maintenance landscape for front and back yards
- I am a minimalist so I want a clean look
- We will be using black mulch (please keep this in mind when thinking about the colors of the plants/shrubs)
- Incorporate evergreen shrubs as the primary plant choice
- Include plants that can be found around Dallas or DFW
- Include pathways or walkways for improved functionality
- Use Bermuda Grass for the lawn
- Know graphics work to show design on the photos I provided
