Landscape design plan - North East Florida Region
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm a custom home builder in NE Florida and need to have landscape plans done for projects I'm working on. The plans will need to be submitted to Architectural Review Boards and will be used to obtain bids from landscaper to install. I will provide a site plan with the house and driveway shown, will also provide a tree survey with topographic elevations shown. Will also provide the house plans with exterior elevations. Need to have the following:
1 - Very Important! - Must have knowledge of plant species of North East Florida and be able to specify appropriate plant types.
2- Need to have an understanding of plant cost, I'm not expecting you know exactly what things cost but need you to be able to create a design which will be in the ballpark of a proposed budget.
3- Need 2D plans to scale with plant types called out.
4- 3D will be nice but not a must. If you can provide 3D renderings that will be a plus.
5- Will need to account for trees on the survey which will be retained and trees which will be removed at clearing.
6- Will want you to be able to include walkways and driveway into your design.
Can definitely provide PDF files and might be able to obtain CAD files if needed.
