Landscape design for backyard

I am looking to landscape my backyard and need a reliable, experienced freelancer to take on the project. The size of my backyard is medium, measuring between 500-1000 square feet. I am interested in creating a modern landscape design that includes elements of all three choices: native plants garden, vegetable/fruit garden, and a water feature garden.
