Landscape Site Division Planning
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The task is to prepare a complete landscape plan that shows how my site will be divided and organised. The core deliverable is a clear, build-ready layout that balances functional circulation with inviting open space.
Scope
• Map out the full subdivision of the land, indicating plot boundaries, setbacks and any phased development lines.
• Integrate generous green spaces and parks so every future resident is within easy walking distance of open space.
• Design an internal road network that ties the plots together logically and connects smoothly to existing streets.
What I expect to receive
1. A master-plan drawing (PDF + editable DWG or similar) with all dimensions, labels and a legend.
2. Separate layer or sheet highlighting the green-space strategy, including size of each park and basic planting zones.
3. Street hierarchy diagram showing primary, secondary and service roads with widths.
4. Brief written rationale (one page is fine) explaining how the division, roads and parks work together.
Tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS or equivalent planning software are fine as long as the final files are accurate and easy to read.
Acceptance
A plan passes when every lot boundary closes correctly, all roads meet at legal junction angles, and at least 15 % of the gross area is dedicated to public green space as shown on the legend.
