Landscape 3D Rendering Specialist

I run a growing landscaping company and I’m looking for a reliable CAD professional who can turn my layout sketches into photorealistic 3D renderings. Every project already comes with a finalized plant list, so your primary task is to place those species accurately and make the overall design look inviting and believable for my clients.

Scope of work
• Import my rough site measurements or 2D layouts.
• Build a clean, organized 3D model of the property (I’m flexible about tools—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
• Incorporate the exact plants and trees from my list, using correct sizes, textures, and seasonal colors where possible.
• Add basic lighting and natural-looking materials so the scene feels realistic.
• Supply high-resolution still images plus the editable source file. A short walk-through animation is a nice bonus but not mandatory.

Process & expectations
I’ll send you the site plan, the plant list, and any reference photos, as well as type of hard scape materials used. You return a first draft for review, we go through one or two rounds of tweaks, and then you deliver the final package. Clear layer naming and tidy file structure are important because I may need to update the design later.

If you’re comfortable producing detailed landscape visuals, know your way around plant libraries, and can hit agreed deadlines, I’d love to start with a single residential yard and, if all goes well, move on to a steady stream of jobs.
