Landscape Plan Edits & Driplines

I have an existing set of landscape drawings (DWG/PDF) that needs a round of professional revisions. The core of the assignment is three-fold: adjust plant placement, refresh certain hardscape elements, and add a clear drip-line irrigation overlay.

Plant changes are limited to trees and shrubs; no flowering beds are involved. I’ll supply the current schedule so you can reposition the specified specimens, update counts, and keep the botanical names intact.

For the hardscape, a few areas require layout tweaks and dimension corrections—nothing structural, just plan-view edits to elements such as walkways or patio edges so they align with a new survey.

The irrigation layer must show accurate drip lines, emitters, and zone call-outs that tie back to the legend. Please keep lineweights and layer naming consistent with the existing CAD standard so the file slots straight back into our master set.

Deliverables I need back:
• Revised CAD (.dwg) file with all edits on separate, properly named layers
• Coordinated PDF sheet set ready for plan check
• A brief change log outlining each adjustment

Drawings are in AutoCAD 2021, and I’ll provide the CTB, Xrefs, and planting legend on award. If you can turn this around quickly while maintaining drafting precision, let’s get started.
