Landscape Lighting Design for Patio/Deck and planting beds / trees for residential home in Texas

I'm looking for a skilled landscape lighting designer to create an ambient lighting plan for the outdoor areas of my residential home. The goal is to provide functional lighting for spending time outside on the property and aesthetic enhancement of the trees and planting beds.
Key requirements:
- Design should focus on task, accent and ambient lighting
- Areas of focus: patio/deck, fence, plants and trees
- Need specific recommendations for what types of lights to buy (e.g. fixture and suggested lumens)
- Position of lights (e.g., put lights in large tree to shine down or put light into deck to shine up--what will work best and why? How many should I get and where to place them?)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in landscape lighting design inculding hardscape lighting
- Knowledge of specific lighting lighting fixtures and and experience with different brands of lights
- Knowledge of how placement of lights impacts design
- Creativity in design and aesthetics--with a focus on more minimal, modern lighting
Please provide previous work examples and a detailed plan with your bids. I'm a general contractor, so I'm more interested in someone with deep expertise in landscape lighting products and placement vs. someone who is more of a CAD designer with less direct experience in implementing landscape lighting.
Hopefully I can send a 2D scale drawing of the space with some explanatory videos showing the areas I need help with and the freelancer can provide design recommendations with notes. (I don't need a full 3d rendering of the design)
