I’m ready to transform both the front and back yards of my home and need a complete, coordinated plan that pulls together landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and low-voltage lighting.
Scope
The design should weave patios, walkways, and retaining walls into a cohesive layout that also accounts for the driveway tie-in. I want generous garden beds, layered flower borders, new trees, trimmed bushes, and a healthy stretch of grass, all served by an efficient, zone-based irrigation system and highlighted at night with strategically placed lighting.
What I need from you
• A scaled site plan that shows hardscape footprints, planting areas, irrigation lines/valves, and lighting fixtures
• A planting schedule with species, sizes, and quantities suitable for my climate
• Material specifications for pavers, wall stone, edging, and fixtures
• Lighting circuit layout with transformer sizing and wattage calculations
• Optional 3D views or renderings that help me visualize key areas
