Landscape Design - 1.1 hectare house site

We have a large site in a new subdivision in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. You have a blank canvas, with only one established tree, as part of a large stand of trees, on the rear boundary. Block is NE facing, gently undulating from the NW corner, with a fall of around 5m to the SE corner. The house and shed positions have been finalised, we are looking for advice on general layout, with suitable plant species including fruiting trees. The area can experience high winds, as we are the first land rise approximately 10 kms from the coast. To include levelled lawn area behind the house, orchard beside shed, protected vegetable garden and pond/dam on SE corner. Keen to work with designer that has an understanding of local environment… bonus is we have landscape supplier just outside the estate.
