Landscape Design & Site Plan for Multi-Unit Property (Parking, Retaining, Outdoor Utility)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking for a landscape architect or designer to create a concept + detailed site plan for a residential property in Auckland, New Zealand. The property is a multi-unit rental, and the goal is to improve functionality, add value, and create a more appealing layout.
Scope of Work:
Removal of existing decking and advice on optimal ground use.
Ground levelling/tiering of the backyard.
Design + positioning of a new retaining wall.
Creation of an additional parking space in front of the property.
Functional outdoor utility/living space design suitable for tenants.
Low-maintenance planting or landscaping recommendations.
Skills Required:
Landscape architecture / garden design
Civil design (retaining walls, parking layout)
Ability to Read & Understand Local Regulations (NZ Planning Law)
Knowledge of practical, low-maintenance solutions for rental properties
Ability to provide both creative and cost-effective design ideas
Deliverables:
Initial concept(s) for discussion
Final design drawings (scaled)
Rough bill of quantities (materials, estimated costs)
Attachments: I’ve attached aerial and ground-level photos of the site to give clear context. These should be enough to produce a concept design. A survey can be provided later if the project moves toward construction documentation.
