Lakefront house Landscape Design
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Lakefront home needs a cohesive, modern landscape plan that makes the most of the shoreline view while adding distinct outdoor “rooms” for relaxing and entertaining. I want the design to blend clean lines and contemporary materials with soft, low-maintenance planting so the house feels seamlessly connected to the water.

• BBQ and outdoor cooking area
• Armor Stone Shoreline
• Outdoor Fire-pit area for gathering
• Garden planning
• Design a generous patio or deck positioned for sunset views and easy flow from the main living room.
Please translate the concept into scaled drawings and a 3D visualization so I can understand spatial relationships before construction begins. A concise planting palette, material board, and lighting suggestions will round out the package.
Deliverables
1. Master plan (PDF & editable CAD) with dimensions and annotations
2. 3D renders or SketchUp/Lumion model illustrating hardscape, softscape, and water feature
3. Plant and materials schedule with quantities, sizes, and sourcing notes
4. Brief maintenance guideline for the proposed plantings
