Kentucky Campsite Plan & Septic

Job ID: 40208808

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I have a fresh land survey and supporting data for a waterfront parcel in Kentucky and I’m ready to turn it into a small, well-organized campground. The goal is a complete, permit-ready package that lays out twenty 50-foot-wide campsites positioned along the north and east water edges. Because campers should be able to find and reach each pad easily, ease of access and navigation is the guiding principle for the overall layout.

Key requirements you’ll work with:
• Produce a clear site plan that shows every campsite, internal drives, and walking paths.
• Integrate electrical and water hookups at each pad.
• Design a septic system sized and located for campground use, compliant with Kentucky regulations. I’m open to your recommendation on the exact system type once you have reviewed soil and loading information.
• Respect any state or local rules governing shoreline setbacks or environmental protection.

Acceptance criteria and deliverables:
1. PDF site plan illustrating all campsites, roads, and utility stubs.
2. PDF septic system layout with sizing calculations and regulatory notes.
3. Editable source files in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or another mainstream CAD format so my local engineer can make future revisions if needed.

Ideal background:
Civil engineer or designer who has laid out campgrounds, RV parks, or similar rural developments, and who understands Kentucky’s permitting process—especially onsite wastewater rules.

Once the drawings are complete and meet state standards, I’ll handle submission to the health department; I simply need a professional-grade package that will pass review on the first try. Let’s get started as soon as you can confirm the scope and timeline.
