Interactive Front Yard 3D Remodel
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a modern ranch style home façade that needs an equally modern front-yard makeover. Please use the clean slate file and measurements I uploaded and make a 3D remodel from that. I have the existing site photos, some sample stones and stairs reference images, and a rough sketch with dimensions of the front yard; what I need now is a clean, minimalist 3D model that shows exactly how the space will look once re-imagined. Accuracy is critical—every measurement in your model must align with the measurements so I can hand the final files straight to my contractor without re-checking numbers.
I’ve uploaded the exact stone and tile finishes I want to see, so the 3D model must showcase those materials with accurate textures and lighting. I need to rotate, zoom, and virtually walk around the space without installing pricey software, so please package the scene in a web-based viewer (Sketchfab, Verge3D, or any similar glTF/WebGL option that runs in a browser).
Scope: -
• Re-envision the full landscape and hardscape, keeping it a minimal but modern design minimizing garden beds, plants, and defined pathways/walkways that complement the house style. Only add 2 or 3 small palm trees. I can help with this vision via revisions.
• Keep the exact measurements
• Pathway - The main structural change is the entry path: I’d like a crisp run of concrete slabs that leads visitors from the sidewalk to the porch (see refence image and top view). Remove the existing posts and light fixtures and replace with something modern if you like. Please show slab sizes, spacing, and elevation changes so drainage is clear. The pathway should be straight not curved and leading to the front entrance. Please add lights to the steps (see reference image). Use modern stairs for the elevation (see image). These are cement slabs. We could keep slabs grey or add stones to it.
• Think pared-back and contemporary. I want low-maintenance palm trees as focal points, a sweep of synthetic turf for year-round color, and a few sculptural shrubs for texture. Keep the palette restrained; negative space is part of the design.
• Do not make any changes to the house!
• There is an elevation so please keep that in the model and be mindful of it. We cannot flatten the front yard but we might be able to add dirt to flatten it to a new height.
• Apply realistic lighting and material maps so the stone and tile read true to life in daylight and evening scenes.
• Keep object polygons efficient enough for smooth real-time viewing on desktop and mobile browsers.
• Do not just use AI to create something! This is getting old.
Acceptance : -
I’ll approve the work once the model dimensions match my survey, the concrete slab layout is build-ready, and the landscaping reflects the minimalist brief above. All materials match the uploads, garden beds and pathways are clearly laid out, and the model runs fluidly in a standard browser.
Deliverables : -
1. Web-hosted or easily self-hosted interactive scaled 3D model URL or folder with viewer (Sketchfab, SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) with layers for hardscape, softscape, and lighting.
2. Five (5) high-resolution still renders from different eye-level viewpoints (front, side, aerial, dusk, and one detail shot) suitable for sharing with contractors.
3. Dimensioned plan view in PDF showing pathway layout, plant placement, and key levels.
4. Source file(s) in a common format (glTF, FBX, or OBJ + textures) so I can tweak materials later.
If you have questions about site measurements or want additional photos of the house, let me know and I’ll supply them right away. If you’re comfortable turning measurements into photoreal visuals and can hit those accuracy marks, let’s get started.
