Hotel Landscape Aesthetic Design
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m seeking an experienced landscape architect to craft a visually striking exterior for a new hotel property. Because this is a commercial hospitality venue, every outdoor element—from arrival court to pool deck—must instantly convey a welcoming, upscale atmosphere while guiding guests naturally through the grounds.
What I need is a complete design package that balances hardscape and planting in a way that photographs beautifully by day and feels inviting after dark. I’m interested first and foremost in pure aesthetic impact: bold sight-lines, layered textures, seasonal color, gracious lighting, and signature features that become Instagram moments for our guests.
To keep the collaboration clear, here’s what I expect to receive:
• Concept master plan with perspective sketches or 3-D views
• Detailed planting and hardscape layouts, including material specifications
• Lighting plan coordinated with the overall design mood
• A concise maintenance outline so the finished look stays pristine year-round
Experience with hospitality projects, familiarity with native and climate-appropriate species, and the ability to present ideas clearly in CAD or comparable software will be highly valued.
