I'm seeking a talented landscape designer to create a compelling design for a hillside area.

Only freelancers who I want can bid.
1. Permitted Engineer
2. Proficient in Architectural,structural and MEP engineering
3. Based in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Phillippines, India, Pakistan
4. Should have an ability to freely communicate with client, not using ChatGPT.
5. Should be able to work with budget $70-$120.
6. Complete any kinds of project (architectural, structural, MEP) in at least less than a week.
Then, in following cases, I will never accept.
1. Fake portfolio, that is, download from the internet.
2. Fake avatar (not registered person)
