Hamptons Pool Garden Design Plans

I’m refreshing my backyard and need a complete, construction-ready landscape design that captures a relaxed Hamptons vibe. The pool will be the hero feature, roughly 6 m × 4 m (I’m happy to tweak the footprint to suit the layout) and it has to sit at least 1.8 m off the rear boundary and 1 m from the neighbour’s fence to meet local rules.

Around that centrepiece I’d like a generous patio flowing into a covered pergola, a built-in BBQ zone and low-maintenance planting. Planters must be brick faced with a stone veneer—no timber—and I’d love a few potted citrus trees for seasonal colour and fragrance. Drainage is critical because the block holds water after heavy rain, and I want all garden lighting and power runs shown so an electrician can wire straight from your plans.

I need you to supply:
• A to-scale garden master plan showing pool, patio, pergola, planter placement, service runs and spot levels for drainage
• Full construction drawings (foundations, sections and details) that comply with current Australian Standards
• A consolidated material and finishes schedule so I can price the job quickly

Drawings can come in PDF plus an editable CAD format (DWG or similar). If you model in SketchUp or Revit that’s fine, just export the DWGs as well. Keep the plant palette hardy and easy-care; mulch, automated irrigation and minimal lawn are preferred.
