We are looking for an experienced U.S. residential gunite pool designer to create a complete backyard and pool design package using STRUCTURE STUDIOS VIP3D.
IMPORTANT:
* You MUST own a licensed copy of VIP3D by Structure Studios.
* Do NOT bid if you use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Blender, or any other software. We specifically need the native VIP3D workflow.
* Do NOT bid if you are primarily a graphic designer, coder, or general architect with no pool industry experience.
Required Experience
Your portfolio should demonstrate experience with:
* U.S. gunite pool construction
* Pool layout and engineering concepts
* Pool equipment placement
* Drainage planning
* Concrete decking layouts
* Utility routing
* HOA submission packages
* Backyard visualization renders
When bidding, include:
1. Examples of previous VIP3D pool projects.
2. Confirmation that you personally own a VIP3D license.
3. A brief description of your experience in the U.S. gunite pool industry.
Any bid that does not include these three items will be ignored.

Design a simple, elegant backyard featuring:
Pool
* Freeform / rounded style gunite pool
* No spa
* No waterfall
* No fountains or other water features
* Tanning ledge located near the house
* Light-colored tile and coping
* Pool lighting
* Saltwater chlorination system
Decking & Drainage
* Approximately 400-500 sq. ft. of freeform concrete decking
* Concrete terminates at rear edge of pool
* Approximately 110 linear feet of pool waterline
* 25-foot trench/French drain system in front of steps
* Approximately 80-foot drain discharge run
Utilities
* 100-foot propane gas run
* 100-foot water line run
* 100-foot electrical run
Site Considerations
* Existing excavation dirt remains on back side of lot
* Designer should advise on rear pool elevation considerations based on layout
