Glamping Site Civil Engineering Plan

I have a rural 30+ acre parcel earmarked for a glamping retreat and need a licensed civil engineer to convert the concept into permit-ready drawings. The accommodation will be grouped in relative clusters (planning 8 clusters of 5 units) so utilities can be batched - but each unit will need to have its own full utilities. No paved roads or curbing, only gravel or natural paths.

Your plan must incorporate three utility systems:
• Water supply lines feeding each unit. Water will be from a central well with multiple cisterns for capacity and reserves.
• An underground electrical layout sized for lighting, small HVAC, and charging points. (This will be off-grid so solar will be required.)
• A conventional septic system, including tank, leach field, and all code-required setbacks.

Scope and deliverables
1. Overall site layout showing clustered pads, parking, common areas, and service structures in compliance with local setbacks and topo conditions.
2. Civil sheets detailing grading, drainage, utility routing, and septic design, ready for county submission (AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar).
3. Material and quantity take-offs plus concise construction notes.
4. Design narrative summarizing calculations, assumptions, and code references.
