Full-Spectrum Architectural Design
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m starting a comprehensive architecture project that touches every major category—residential, commercial, and landscape design—so I need someone who can move comfortably between each discipline and keep the overall vision consistent.
Residential scope
For the home component I already know I will need new floor plans along with cohesive interior and exterior concepts. Space planning, elevations, materials, lighting, and façade treatments all have to read as one story and still respect practical constraints such as local codes and build-ability.
Commercial scope
The site also includes a small mixed-use building. I’d like fresh ideas on layout efficiency, customer flow, and brand-aligned interiors while ensuring the structure integrates smoothly with the surrounding landscape and the adjacent residence.
Landscape scope
Outdoor areas must link the two built environments through grading, planting schemes, hardscape detailing, and sustainable water management. Thoughtful transitions, sight-lines, and seasonal interest are priorities.
Process & collaboration
I see this as an iterative design partnership: concept sketches, revisions based on regular check-ins, and progressively richer presentations that lead to permit-ready documentation. If you routinely generate 2D drawings, BIM or SketchUp/3ds Max models, and walkthroughs, please mention it; the exact deliverables can be finalised together once we lock the scope.
